Very Geri Online Booking FAQs
We’ve upgraded our online booking system to give you some great new features. So you will notice some changes. Below are a list of FAQs that’ll help you to get to know and love the new system!
The new system allows you to make a booking with just a small deposit. You can no longer pay for your appointments in full online – you’ll now pay for your appointment in-salon after you have had your treatment.
Online booking is free to use. Card details are required to secure your booking, and a small deposit of £0.50-£1.50 will be used to validate your card details. Any deposit paid online will automatically be taken off the balance of your bill, in-salon.
If you cannot make your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice, or you may be charged the full price for your treatment(s) using the card details you provided during the booking process.
You may reschedule or cancel your appointments online.
You must let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel.
If you do not cancel your appointment in time, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your treatment(s) on the debit or credit card you provided during the booking process.
The online booking system has the latest availability for the salon and staff.
As we have now upgraded to a new online booking system you will not be able to see your historic account balance and information online.
Rest assured your account is still accessible in salon, and you can always call or email email@example.com with any queries you have about your account.
Sure! Just make your booking in the normal way (we still require card details to process your booking), and when you attend the salon for your appointment present your gift voucher instead of payment.
Prepaid treatments cannot be booked online at this time. If you have a prepaid treatment on your account, please contact the salon by phone or email to book your appointment.
